Shipping your return
Need a new size or color? Simply place a new order or create an exchange through our simple RMA system, or contact customer service. Returns can be managed from the Order History in your private menu. Please use a tracking method and insure your return, as we are not responsible for items damaged in transit or packages addressed/delivered to addresses other than Mahchi Alpaca or those listed below:
TRADING WORLD CO ADDRESS
You may return new and unused merchandise (purchased at www.mahchialpaca.com) if accompanied by a receipt or invoice within 30 days. A one-time price adjustment will be accepted on full-priced merchandise for up to 10 days. Purchases made between November 15 and November 31 are not eligible for price adjustment. Private sales and clearance items are final sales, as are modified or monogrammed products. If a gift with purchase was included with your order based on the purchase amount, the gift with purchase must be returned with the other items. Returns and refunds are made payable to Mahchi Alpaca.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days - issued in the form of the original payment or a gift card. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note: PayPal exchanges must be even, any balance will need to be charged to a paying credit card. Returns and refunds are made payable to Mahchi Alpaca.
Shipping Errors / Damaged Products
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. We recommend that our products be dry cleaned *only*. We do not recommend any other method. We do not accept returns that are the result of improper care. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return (for orders shipped within the United States).
